This stylish townhouse features a king suite, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths Comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. Designed for families and small groups, you'll enjoy an open living space a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms that makes everyone feel at home.

Welcome to our home in Olathe's peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood, conveniently located near everything guests need for a comfortable stay. the area is safe, quiet, and well-established, with a mix of long-time residents and young families. Guests enjoy easy access to major roads, making travel simple and stress free.   
  
Just minutes away, you'll find grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, and popular restaurants. The location is close to Olathe Medical Center, downtown Olathe, and several shopping plazas. For outdoor lovers, nearby walking trails and local parks provide a nice place to relax. The neighborhood also offers quick access to I-35, making it easy to reach Kansas City attractions, entertainment , and business areas.   
  
Overall, This location is perfect for families business travelers or weekend visitors looking for a clean, calm, and convenient place to stay while enjoying the best of Olathe and the Kansas City Metro area.   
  
Guests will have full private access to the entire unit. this includes  
\-Private entrance   
\-Living room, Kitchen, and dining area  
\- All bedrooms and Bathrooms  
\- Laundry area  
\-Backyard  
\-Driveway parking on the Right side of the shared driveway.   
Parking is simple- your designated space if on the 1532 side of the shared driveway. Please park on your side only to ensure everyone has proper access.   
  
Check-in is completely self-service with a smart lock. A unique code will be sent to you before arrival. Guests can enter anytime after check-in using this code.   
  
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.  
  
No Smoking. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 extra cleaning fee.  
No Parties. If you have a party or unauthorized event, that is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.  
No Drugs. If you do any kind of illegal drugs on or in the property, that is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.  
Max overnight occupancy is limited to 9 and all guests names must be in the pre-arrival form, prior to start of stay.  
No Pets. If you bring an unauthorized pet, you will be charged $300 for each pet for extra cleaning, and is grounds for immediate eviction of the animal.

Host, Ayalnesh was extremely attentive to all communication and requests. The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental for a memorable stay.
