Horrible experience

I got a room at this hotel for the soul purpose of being able to swim. Yet to my surprise when I tried to go swimming I could barely get my feet in, the water was ice cold. Not only was it cold but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all season. Heated they said yeah right they wouldn’t even get in it. But this wasn’t the only thing that was wrong. My bathroom door was a sliding door and it was broken. I had other people staying in my room and I could not even close the door when using the restroom. Yes they did offer to change my room but why would I want to change rooms when I just pulled all the sheets off of both beds and replaced all of them just to have to pull the clean sheets back off and do it all over again in the next room. Very inconvenient! I tried to get a refund so I could go to the hotel next door and they said to call Expedia where i had made my reservation yet when Expedia called to confirm the refund the hotel owners told them they would not authorize a refund. This place smells and the breakfast was not even that great! I do not recommend coming here ever!

Had to check out early. clerk stated I would only be billed for days stayed. billed us for the week

Good location, great deal for $60.

Room was cold. Heater wasn't on. Heater wasn't very good at maintaining a temp. Made it way too warm on. Too cold if left off. Thermostat didn't male a difference. No tub in bathroom. Shower only. Somewhat disappointing Also, breakfast needs some meat!

I will check out the issue with the heater. You are right most of our rooms have oversized showers the hotel industry is trending in that direction. Our breakfast is the standard Wyndham dictated fare. I personally prefer sausage, biscuits n gravy and eggs and potatoes.

Ugly decor poor room lighting uneven hallway floors bathroom too small no bedspread, was clean and price was good though!

Blankets and triple sheeting is what is mandated by Wyndham. We are an upscale economy brand not a lot of luxury but a bargain. I do appreciate your business.

The room was very small and the room and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke especially the lobby area. Breakfast was very poor. My family would never stay there again.

I am a non smoker and even if a smoker walked thru the lobby an hour ago I notice it. We have automatic air fresheners in the lobby and all public areas but some times they are just not enough defense against the menace of tobacco smell. We will work on it. So sorry for your less than pleasant experience.

Terrible Experience

Pros: nothing.
Cons: everything.
the Room we stayed in had a damaged remote control and the TV wouldn't work, called the front desk and she disconnected me and never bothered to call back. The hot and cold water were plumbed backward and the actual handle for the shower came off in my hand while scalding water was shooting out of the shower head. I will never stay here again. We let the front desk know in the morning what took place and we were given a blank stare and half hearted apology.

My humble apologies for the maintenance issue. We will definitely get the issue resolved. Believe me we do strive to keep the property in good condition but in this incidence we clearly fell short.

Overall a good room

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast not so good.
