Our room was fine, but definitely needed some updating and some of the updating (like the sliding door into the bathroom) was not great work. Most everything was clean from the room to the breakfast area.

Hi Scott, Thank you so much for writing. Appreciate the comments. You are right about the pocket doors to the bathrooms they were a space saving idea deployed when the place was built back in 2000. We are addressing that issue and hopefully will have the issue resolved shortly. New furniture and other updates are planned as well. New carpet, new hvac, door locks, flat screen TV's has been the projects completed recently. Thank you again for your business and kind comments.

Good hotel near the medical center in Olathe

Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's a good choice for a budget hotel near the Olathe medical center.

The rooms were filthy. We were in group, 3 rooms total and they all were gross. The walls in all 3 rooms looked like they had a party and who runs out of hot water in a motel/hotel? The elevator stunk! We would of gone elsewhere but we all had paid for 22 nights.

Ok in a pinch, but...

If you are just looking for a place to crash at the last minute, and aren’t concerned with cleanliness or amenities, this place is it. But, if you like a few creature comforts, you may wish to shop around. Our room had ants, and two towels for three guests. The indoor pool was freezing, there were no pool towels, and the breakfast service was completely lacking.

Horrible experience

I got a room at this hotel for the soul purpose of being able to swim. Yet to my surprise when I tried to go swimming I could barely get my feet in, the water was ice cold. Not only was it cold but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all season. Heated they said yeah right they wouldn’t even get in it. But this wasn’t the only thing that was wrong. My bathroom door was a sliding door and it was broken. I had other people staying in my room and I could not even close the door when using the restroom. Yes they did offer to change my room but why would I want to change rooms when I just pulled all the sheets off of both beds and replaced all of them just to have to pull the clean sheets back off and do it all over again in the next room. Very inconvenient! I tried to get a refund so I could go to the hotel next door and they said to call Expedia where i had made my reservation yet when Expedia called to confirm the refund the hotel owners told them they would not authorize a refund. This place smells and the breakfast was not even that great! I do not recommend coming here ever!

I am so so sorry....but all our beds are brand new this year. Simmons Beautyrest Hotel quality. Rooms are a tad bit small no doubt.
