You get what you pay for...

Pros: continental breakfast was ok even though it was usually mostly gone by 7am. The room was cleaned each day even though there was no tp when I got there
Cons: Staff friendliness was my main complaint
Location: Next to a hospital and a few stores. Location wasn't bad. About 10 minutes from Gardner which was good
I wouldn't call this the worst hotel I've ever stayed at but it ranks up there. The front entrance smelled like cigarette smoke all the time, the front desk staff were always preoccupied with something... often times ignoring me or telling me to come back later, the rooms were ok but the beds were hard as rocks, and the showers had crappy water pressure. I was glad to get out of there. Buyer beware!

My apologies for your less then desirable experience at our hotel. Breakfast during the week is standard Days Inn fare. Cereals, waffles, packaged omelets, toast, juices, fruit and a bit more on weekends....biscuits n gravy etc. Shawn GM

Rude staff...

Room was clean, but fell in shower with young daughter. When brought it to the hotels attention, requested no slip mat placed in shower, my request was ignored, and told it should already be nonslip.... clearly it was not.

Appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Although all of of our bathroom surfaces are non slip we do provide bath mats in all the rooms. The non skid is built into the shower floors. We will have our maintenance re check all bathroom areas and address any issues and report back to me. My apologies for the staff attitude that will be fixed immediately. A Good Find for the Price

Pros: The price.
Cons: The tv was pretty obsolete, didn't try the wifi.
Location: Very conventient to anyone using Olathe Hospital. For us it was close to grandkids and that is all we were looking for.
I was looking for a one night stay while visiting adult children. My usual hotels were priced in the $150 dollar range for the night I was staying. Since we were only looking for a bed to sleep in I wasn't willing to fork over that much money. This hotel was clean and reasonably priced with a good location for us in Olathe. The room was smaill but as I said we were only sleeping and it worked well. Check in was friendly and efficient, breakfast pretty standard for this chain.

We had handicapped room. Beds were right height. Easy for husband to get into shower. It had refrigerator and microwave.

No hot water in the shower. Dirty glass doors.

Upon entrance, the glass front doors were dirty. The location I was told to park in was around to the side of the building beside a junk car. My room was first right off lobby. Very easy access through the front office. No hot water in shower in the morning. The report from front desk was the water heaters were 'recycling' and temp was up to 100 degrees. I was charged for the second night but I did not stay there. Poor customer interaction.

Outdated and In Need of Repair

The room was simple, as expected. But there were bugs, dead & alive. The bathroom was clean, but the shower door broken and toilet door didn't close all the way. Furniture is old and chipped. The pillows were small, like throw pillows and the bedding was thin and only had one light blanket to cover up with. Obviously, it is a cheaper hotel, but even for a lesser cost, I would expect some better comfort.

Filthy, not vacuumed, stinky

Showed up, checked in rm, receipts on floor from a week prior. Floor was not vacuumed but bed was made. Switched rms. New rm has ants, I couldn't sleep because I heard a mouse running around. Woke up and went to take a shower and water went from hot to cold in 2 min. Filled tub, took forever. Went to get in and water was Luke warm and full of chunks of stuff. Took pics and videos.
