This cosy holiday apartment on the third floor offers space for two people on 37 m² as well as two additional sleeping options on the sofa bed. It features a pleasantly designed living, dining and kitchen area with air conditioning and SAT-TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and all important cooking and eating utensils. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom provides a shower, WC, washbasin, mirror and a private washing machine.   
  
The 4 m² large, covered balcony is oriented towards the south and offers a beautiful sea view. Equipped with a table and chairs, it is ideal for relaxed hours outdoors.   
  
The gravel beach is located approximately 200 metres away and is conveniently accessible on foot. Supermarket, restaurants and the town centre are also located in close proximity. A car park is available directly at the property.   
  
The environment offers numerous opportunities for activities such as boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, water skiing, jet skiing and other water sports.   
  
Included in the price are air conditioning, heating, final cleaning, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet and the registration and deregistration fee.
