It was a good weekend. There was a little confusion at first, everything was taken care immediately. I appreciate it because my boyfriend was able to get us checked in so i just had to go in do the paperwork and go straight to resting after working all day. Thank you

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The employees were very nice. They no longer have a hot tub but everything else was great.

Property was good for price. Service was EXCELLENT! Phillip who does the breakfast was so friendly and chatted with all of us. He made sure everyone had what they needed. We actually stayed a second night.

The hotel was under repairs. The staff was great but the hotel was being painted. Great that they are putting money back into there business but it caused us to have to change rooms. The door would not close. By doing that we got a room that wasn’t as nice as the first room. Other than that, the stay was nice. I would stay there again.

Checked us into an occupied room, shock for that guy. Sewer smell in the rooms. Thumbtacks and tape in the ceiling. Big tear in the curtains with a spotlight outside that shines straight in through the tear all night. Stay in any other hotel in the area, the holiday inn express by the aquarium is just a few more miles and much better run

My infant was bit by bed bugs during our stay. Room 313. Housekeeping did not knowing who to talk to about this when I asked to have a manager or supervisor come to the room. Once I went to front desk none of management was on property. She simply said leave it (the bed bug) here and they’ll call you. Negative, I stayed until the executive manager showed up after 11am. Ex. Manager said he would fully refund the room but did not provide a receipt until I asked for one. Shady, shady.

We were on the bottom floor and there was lots of walking noise on the second floor-not insulated well enough. It was quite bothersome. Staff friendly, breakfast was good.

Room 222 bugs in the bed, next day had quite a few insect bites, knob for the sink was broken. Am still waiting for my 25$ incidental to be returned which is still pending even after almost 10 days.

The Holiday Inn Express in Okmulgee offers a decent breakfast, and the person in charge of cooking/restocking did a great job. The front desk staff were accommodating and friendly when we asked for towels/toilet paper, etc.;. The building is in disrepair, the dining area has roof leaks, and mold is growing on the ceiling/walls. Fire sprinklers are rusted over and look unsafe. There are many unrepaired holes in the walls. There is a pungent smell of mold/mildew throughout the hotel. The shower curtains are ripped. The blankets/comforters are ripped with stuffing falling out. The pillows need washed as they smell like body odor/sweat. The pool area was very dirty, with large gobs of hair floating in pool. There is algae/mold growing in the pool. Pool ladder steps are broken and unsafe. I hope the owner will repair the hotel, as it is deteriorating and we may not stay there next time if the conditions don't improve. Considering driving up 75 North to Tulsa next time.
