The room 300 had no running cold water in the bathroom sink, the tv with the couch couldn’t be changed, no wash cloths and the trash all down the hallway.

This is a subpar motel in a charade of a hotel with actual amenities. We entered the room and immediately walked out due to it and the rest of the property’s condition. I can’t imagine how they stay running without the meth heads and prostitution that obviously occupy the area.

No USB ports in room. Hot tub broken. Room dirty and smelled unpleasant. Ice machines were broken. No trash can in room . Mold under soap dish in showers. Never got an answer at the front desk out of 4 different attempts. Water was hot though.

Upon arriving to my room check in went well. The room wasn’t the best. The tub was dirty and so was the toilet. The phone wasn’t plugged in to reach front desk it was simply there for display. Wires were exposed. Went down the next morning after reading housekeeping policy to let the front desk know I was in need of service. I was told house keeping would be by at 9am. Housekeeping never came. I went and spoke with front desk after arriving back to the hotel from an afternoon outing and was told my room had been cleaned. Went back to my room noticed that the room was not cleaned and I had another conversation with staff. An employee by the name of Zack was very rude. He raise his voice at my wife and I had to intervene. He threatened to check me out and refund my money because he didn’t want to go back and forth with me about my room not being cleaned instead of having it cleaned. I was misgendered 3 times by Zack after correcting him the first time. Zack was very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. When he was asked for the manager or corporate number he proceeded to tell me to google it and that the manager was not in and that he himself was the brother of the manager. Eventually after going back and forth with Zack I was able to have my room cleaned.

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. I get there only to find the hot tub did not work. There was a homeless person camped out by the back entrance and broken glass in the parking lot as if someone had their car window broken out. There was water leaking from the ceiling tiles in the hall. When i got to the room, it didnt look bad, but had a funky smell. But then I went to take a shower and there was a hole in the ceiling with toilet paper shoved in it. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room, they moved me to another room that smelled like a bon fire. They said it was the only room they had left. I didnt want the hassle of looking for another place to stay, because i was going to be late for an event i was attending, so i just stayed against better judgment, the next morning, the toilet wouldnt flush. I called the front desk and they said they couldnt hear me, so i went and told them in person. They did get it fixed quuckly, but was just an inconvenience. I will never stay or recommend staying there to anyone. Honestly the only good thing was the free breakfast.

The management has failed to set a standard of good communication with staff to have customer consideration. This led them to going into my room and putting all my stuff in bag and then calling me when they had previously told me to book the extra day online which I did. They then said that the manager required that I also had to go to the desk to sign for it first. Terrible communication and customer care. I would NEVER stay there again!!!!

It smelled terrible in our room. Like someone cooked a 45 course Indian style buffet for a family of 60 in that room we stayed in. The beds were good, I could tell they changed the sheets. There was still trash under the couch and the bathroom door was filthy. The breakfast was egg patties, biscuits, cereal, waffle or toast. Staff was super nice.

Upon arrival, the staff was very rude and stayed that way trough the duration of our stay. Our room had nasty stains and leftover trash. The worst part was the moldy hot tub and pool that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. To top it off, the workout equipment in the gym was falling apart and the saunas lights weren’t working. Don’t stay here, there are plenty of places that are nicer and even cheaper.

We did not have the best stay here. Our room was dirty the toilet did not properly flush. We ended up not even staying the 2nd night due to all of this. They sent the maintenance guy up but he could not properly fix the toilet and we asked several times about it and they just didn’t care that it didn’t flush properly. Just a terrible stay do not recommend.

The hotel is ran down and dirty. Our room had food crumbs on the office chair. The bathroom has stuff on the ground and the pull out couch had crumbs and who know what on the mattress.

Pool area smells of mildew. Water is murky and smelly. No towels in area. When we requested towels we were given one towel and told they didn't have anymore. Our room had a lot of broken glass in the carpet. Only 2 towels for 4 people and enough coffee supplies for one coffee. There were no linens for the sofa bed. When we requested these supplies, we received one towel, a set of 2 sheets, and 2 packs of decaf coffee. We were told they had no more towels, nor did they have pillows. My children slept with no pillows and the 4 of us had to share towels. The breakfast area was filthy and did not have one clean table. Biscuits and gravy were offered but there were no biscuits. The only coffee available was decaf, as the regular coffee was empty and was not refilled. Not at all what we expected of a "deluxe suite." We were made to feel as if we were an inconvenience to the staff and the place was just gross. Never again!

It was very dirty. Don't trust the pictures. We walked in, and the first thing we saw was a bucket catching water from the 2nd floor. The pillows, sheets, and furniture had stains on them.
