Noise is defined as 15+ minute duration that's above 80 decibels during the day (8A-9P) and 75 decibels (9P-8A) during quiet hours. The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. The home is treated for pests quarterly. In the spring/summer, the yard/garden has sprinklers that turn on in the morning, every other day.
