It appeared it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. I cleaned for two hours after I arrived. The floors turned our bottom of our feet black when walking barefoot. There were spider webs in most corners with living spiders. There was layers of dust on all windows sills. The stove top had cooked on food. It was very musty smell throughout. The location was perfect for us...all museums and major attractions seemed to only be 5-15 minutes away. The main highways are also very conveniently close to the property, without being next to the property. The neighborhood felt safe and active with people working in their yards and walking their dogs . We also loved the convenience of being an easy, short five minute walk from the small cluster of independent restaurants that are close by. The house was clean and it was a huge bonus that there were some amenities provided like hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. The AC also works really well which is a bonus in the OKC summertime. Really need to be replaced, pronto. The towels were soft and plentiful. The house was stocked with sundries and toiletries/cleaners. Washer and dryer worked great.
