Good-sized bedrooms and accommodating shared spaces made our stay comfortable. Very good communication with effortless check-in and check-out process. The place is clean and gorgeous, I love that it’s fenced in and feel like your stuff is protected. However, their paperwork and check in process contradict each other. The paperwork states to be strictly on time to meet someone to show your ID/passport to someone. Yet, the email just told me how to get inside. So I waited an hour for a representative or the e-mails to tell me it’s a self check-in. I felt like I could have checked in earlier. Also both beds and couch were extremely firm to the point it messed up my hips. I was actually more comfortable on the floor. Other than that, the shower pressure was wonderful, loved that I could watch a movie and connect to the internet. It was easy to figure out the lock system. ##### Miranda S.
