Centrally located just blocks away from both Midtown and The Plaza District where you can pick from many activities and eateries! Much ❤ ❤ The guests can access the laundry room located on the NW part of the building in a separate room. The door to the apartment building was open. It smelled like weed before you even stepped into the building. Once inside the apartment, I noticed a really damp smell everywhere. I found out there's black mold in the bathroom and around the AC units, which are also really loud. Parts of the dining table chairs are splintered off. VRBO support correctly identified the black mold as being hazardous enough that they offered to pay for a hotel for me instead.It's one thing if this place was reasonably priced. But for the amount of issues wrong with it, I'd rather just pay a few extra bucks to stay at a hotel. And so should you. ##### Jheel P.
