The apartment has all the charm and detail characteristic of properties built over 100 years ago. Everything from the wood floors to the wood moldings and fireplace mantles. The architecture, and landscaping, is amazing. I surprised my bride with this birthday, weekend, getaway. We loved the 100 y/o, well maintained, apartment. The parking was tricky as someone parked a uhaul in the drive on Saturday. But we enjoyed, the Botanical Gardens, an OKC Dodgers game(they won in the 11th inning), amazing meals on the Riverwalk, and just some great relaxing walks in the neighborhood. ##### Mark B. The check in was very easy and communication was the best. The neighborhood is very nice and there is covered parking in the back. The entire apartment except for one person, has pets and the neighbors were very nice as well.
