The location was perfect, close to the family home as well as downtown/bricktown and the Plaza District. There were broken and missing tiles in the bathroom. The smoke detectors had been taken down and put in a drawer. The property manager said they would send someone to put them back up but never did. A rude guest in one of the other units kept blocking the driveway, but that's not management's fault. I thought telling management they would ask the other renter to move his car but it kept returning to the same place so don't know if they did. ##### Vincent L. Not luxurious by any means but was clean and well provisioned for the length of our stay. Very nice washer/dryer and TV as well as a good assortment of the kitchen equipment. Off street parking was available and the location was good for what we wanted. Overall I would say that this rental was OK for the price but if you plan to stay longer Than a few days then I would recommend moving up in price. ##### Greg I. Jul 12, 2017 #### great stay Property was amazing. Was in a great,quiet ,safe neighborhood. The pictures are exact. Plenty of space for my girlfiend,daughter and I. Eveything we needed we had in this unit. Was like 10 mins to bricktown/ downtown which is why we visited OKC. The only negative thing I would say is that we could hear a child running across the floor early in the morning from the upstairs apt above us. It wasn't too loud but you could definitely hear them.
