It's walking distance to the Plaza District & a short drive to Downtown or State Fair Park. Quick access to I-40 means almost anything in OKC is minutes away. This property is the back home (behind)of India Escape I property. The Space: This listing is for the 2-level, fully-fenced house set back off the street. Our beloved local Plaza District is located off NW 16 between Classen Blvd & Penn Ave. It is one of our neighborhood entertainment districts boasting OKC’s creativity and flavors. You will never get bored with our local food scene & bars in the Plaza. Empire Slice House pizza, Mexican Radio, The Press, Aurora, The Mule, Pie Junkie, Saints, Roxy’s Ice Cream social, Oak & Ore, Up Down… Wandering along NW 16, you will notice that art has a huge significance in the Plaza District. Don’t forget to take pictures at The Plaza Walls and hashtag us #omegabnb on your social media to show off our city to your friends. It is a cool and diverse neighborhood with cute shops and plenty of places to eat. As for the property, it was clean and glad to have a bathroom for each room. A few upgrades to flooring, beds and appliances would make it even better. As it stands, the flooring feels like it is bubbling up and the toaster and dishwasher just seem tired. Overall, though, if I was returning to OKC I would stay here because we loved the neighborhood and proximity to the Paseo area. ##### Teresa V. In the pics it looks nice. However for the price i didn't think it was worth it. It is a short walk to the plaza which was nice. but thats it. The place had cob webs over the window. Kitchen floors were sticky. Towel holders were broken hole in the staircase wall. The floors upstairs were peel n stick that were old and bubbling up. The worst part was my wife had bite marks on her legs the first night. Second night i had 2 on my chest and my son in law on his legs. Fleas in the house. Even on my grandkids. Now we had to wrap everything in bags and make sure we didnt take any with us in our cars or back to any of our houses. I notified them about the problem and they asked for pics. I sent them and got a sorry we'll get back to you. The house is quite spacious, considering the square footage and is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to avoid the confines of a busy and loud hotel. Other families from the basketball team were envious of our decision to stay at a VRBO property. And we made good use of the laundry facilities each day after the games!
