About this space Welcome to your retreat in the heart of Oklahoma City's vibrant Asian District! This modern 6-unit building offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal home base for exploring all that OKC has to offer. Located just steps away from OCU, Plaza district, downtown okc, delicious local eateries, unique shops, and cultural attractions. Perfect for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a longer stay. Inquire if you have a larger group! We can sleep up to 56! The space This is a 6-unit condo building and each unit has its own private balcony. This specific listing comprises of 2 of the 6 units. So in total your booking will include: \-2 Living Rooms \-2 Private Balconies \-2 Full Kitchens \-2 Washer/Dryers \-6 Bedrooms (each with a TV & closet) \-6 Full Bathrooms We have a separate listing that can sleep up to 56 people (the entire building) or smaller listings for 6-20 people. Please ask us if you have a larger group or smaller group, and we can direct you to the other listings. The building has 3 levels and there are 3 units on the east side and 3 units on the west side. Each side has an exterior entrance. There is no interior access between the east and west side. Inside, each unit is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable furnishings. Unwind in the spacious living area, enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in the cozy bedrooms, and make the most of your stay with easy access to all the exciting spots in the area. East H1 - floor 1 - sleeps 6 - Front Queen, middle Queen, back Queen East H3 - floor 2 - sleeps 10 - Front Full + Queen bunks, middle queen, back Queen East H5 - floor 3 - sleeps 10 - Front Full + Queen bunks, middle queen, back KING West H2 - floor 1 - sleeps 6 - Front Queen, middle Queen, back KING West H4 - floor 2 - sleeps 10 - Front Full + Queen bunks, middle Queen, back Queen West H6 - floor 3 - sleeps 10 - Front Full + Queen bunks, middle queen, back Queen Guest access There are 2 entrances to the building - one on the east side and one on the west side. Units 1, 3, and 5 are on the east side (road side) and Units 2,4, and 6 are on the west side (fence side). Free parking is on the north side of the building. Other things to note This is a 6 unit building near Downtown OKC. The property is located in an urban area. Occasionally you will see people walking around outside like in any other area near downtown. It is not considered an unsafe area of town, but the building is secured with a code to access the two exterior doors. Also, you'll be given a code to access your specific unit that is unique to your stay, so prior guests will not have the same code. Many of the rooms are nearly identical; details such as window placements and views seen in the photos may not be exact. When accommodating larger groups, we cannot always guarantee that guests will all be on the same side of the building. Please inquire if you have questions! Please be aware of the following potential fees: \- There is an additional fee PER PET. \- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. \- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. \- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. \- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. \- We have a "Minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. Three notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. These monitors are intended to help us detect parties, not to prevent a small group from having fun! And if you're bringing a baby or toddler and you're concerned about the noise monitor, don't be! \- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee, along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. \- automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select.
