After checking in to the hotel, we were so appalled by the condition of our room, we immediately checked out. The common areas smelled as though something had died, the door to the balcony didn’t lock and nothing felt clean. There were holes in the wall and the hallways were dark and dingy. We didn’t feel safe or secure. While the rate was inexpensive, still we expected the property to be habitable. It was not.

This place needs to be torn down! We had a non-smoking room and it had a horrible smell. Tub had stains, carpet was dirty, trim around bathroom door was missing with exposed nail.....very dangerous as we could have ripped our skin open at the ankles if we hadn't been paying attention.

It didn't smell good when we walked into our room. When I pulled back the sheets on the bed it appeared it had been slept on before and there was dirt and small debris on the sheet. There was a coffee maker (dirty) but no plug in without moving it clear across the room.

I was really disappointed. I purposely rented a room with a hide a bed. This piece was very old and worn out. I have never ever given a bad review on anything but this bed was horrible.

The hotel room was very outdated and a heavy smell of smoke. There were burn marks in the bedding. If we didn’t arrive so late I would have left right away. We canceled the rest of our stay and left. The smell was so strong that we barely slept and I couldn’t wait to leave. The women at the front were very nice and canceled the rest of the reservation and we found another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This property is not worth considering if you want to be safe. Old, decrepit, with out. Just a few miles away are much better properties. Don’t bother booking this hotel ever.

1st the building is run down and in poor shape. No lobby. As soon as you enter the building the smell of mildew greets you. The linens were terrible. Blood stains, makeup residue, and oil stains were present on the bedding. Needless to say, we did not stay. Terrible experience.

Nothing like the photos. Not appealing at all. Smelled old and musty. Found hair in the bed upon pulling blankets down. Didnt feel safe on the outside premises. Killed a couple of roaches around the microwave area. Would definitely not stay again.

Stay only as a last resort
My first room had stained sheets and innumerable smaller issues like peeling paint, holes in the walls, unfinished trim, etc. They quickly gave me a second room that was only slightly better. In the second room my comforter had a cigarette burn through it and the proved bathroom supplies were clearly opened and used. I had a non-smoking room but the entire building smelled like somebody walked up and down the hall just puffing away on cigarettes. The toilet paper was 1 ply and the water pressure in the shower was basically non-existent. The only positive parts of my experience are that the heater/AC worked really well and there was a good selection of cable channels. I stayed here a few years back and it might as well have been a completely different hotel considering the difference in experience. 4/10 and I might be being generous.

I pulled up and immediately decided to stay elsewhere. I didn’t even get out of my car. I didn’t care I was past the cancellation date. It looked dirty, run down, and unsafe. People were loitering around asking for money and it’s backs up to a Walmart parking lot. I found a another hotel down the street for $10 more, clean, modern, and secure.

The hotel room was dusty and in need a serious deep cleaning. I had stayed herre in the past and was highly disappointed in how the hotel has gone down in upkeep.

I’ve never experienced such an awful place. Dirty to say the least. I ended up not staying there bc 1) they wouldn’t let me in the lobby on check in day nor store my bag until check in at 2pm. I had arrived at 9:30am. They couldn’t store my bad so I would not have to lug it around town on my vacation. Homeless people everywhere and there is no way this place should be on Expedia. Look for yourself it’s a dump of a place.

Disappointed to say the least...
We are a family of 4 visiting other family, who's son plays football for OU. We arrived for a two night stay, and got there around 3pm in the afternoon. On checkin, all the lady did was give us our keys, and didn't even bother to tell us how to get to our room. We had to figure it out, which wasn't to big of a deal, but it was the first sign of the lack of service we experienced. The first night, we called and asked for extra pillows, and we were told there was only one left. In over 40 years of traveling, I've honestly never been told that there was only one pillow left. We all looked at each other and called BS. On top of that, we actually had to go to the front desk to pick them up, as well as the extra towels, which we asked for, because there was only 2 bath towels in the room, for 4 people. I mean you would think if they knew 4 people were coming, they would stock the room appropriately, right? The lack of service was abysmal, and frankly inexcusable for a room that was over $115 a night, with taxes and fees. And, to top it all off, we never saw their "continental breakfast" at all. We were never told about it, or where it was, and with the absolute crappy service, we wouldn't have eaten there, even if they did. It was an older property, and smelled like it. The sheets were clean, but one had a cigarette burn and one had a cut/tear in it. I would definitely not stay there again, nor any other Days Inn. Wyndham should be embarrassed to represent a property like this.

The building smelled with cigarette smoke. Putting a smoke free sign on the door doesn’t eliminate what was there. A full refurbishment is needed. Removing carpeting, repainting and changing out mattresses etc. although the mattress was comfortable. The curtains didn’t close properly - missing a connection to hold the curtain in place. There were no Kleenex in the bathroom. No clock - I’m guessing most people use their phone for waking up. Had to enter the time on the microwave for a clock. Most places now have a connection to charge your phones. This place didn’t. The biggest offense was the cigarette smell in the hallway and even in the room.
