The ground level has 1 bedroom (king bed) and a bathroom. The basement has been converted into a fun communal sleeping space (2 queen beds, 1 twin bed). It has a small sitting area with a TV and a full bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each) and 2 full bathrooms.

Spacious backyard with a fun entertaining fire pit and cornhole game. ( Guests are responsible for fire pit's safety)

The Neighborhood:
Located on NW 16 in a quiet neighborhood. Highway access (I-44) is just a few blocks away, making getting around the city a breeze. Close to the active and vibrant entertainment district: The Plaza District- 6 mins away on the same NW 16 but away from the noise. The Plaza District are known for lots of amazing local restaurants (Aurora, The Press, The Mule, Lua, Goro Ramen, etc.), bars (Oak & ore, Saint's, etc) and shops (Bad Granny's Bazaar, etc. ) & 5 mins away from State Fair Park. 7 mins to Paseo District, Uptown 23rd. 8 mins to Penn Square mall. 9 mins to Midtown. 11 mins to Bricktown.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are pots and pans, plates and glasses, basic cooking utensils, coffee, creamers, and sugar.

Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.

PET POLICY: A maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. There is a $50/pet/stay fee.
