Hotel is in need of upgrade, some peeling, had a water leak in lobby and sliding doors were not working properly. Comfortable beds, usual bland breakfast food.

You have to 'call' on a phone outside the doors to get in (not just at night). You can't hear the desk clerk as he's behind a glass and the door will open and close if you are on the inside.
