With some of the most popular entertainment hotspots and eateries down the block, your stay is bound to include your choice of the best experiences OKC offers. You will be staying just minutes from downtown, OKC fairgrounds, museums, OKC Zoo, stadiums, a multitude of enriching festivals and so much more. This historic home is newly remodeled with all the private comforts of your home away from home and is the perfect fit for large groups of all ages and needs. The first floor encompasses the cozy living area including lots of seating and a big screen TV for your entertainment needs. Additionally you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably and just off the dining a private full bathroom is found. Upon ascending the wide staircase, you will find all four bedrooms. Three bedrooms encompass four queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is comforted with a king bed and vanity with large mirror for getting ready. The second full bathroom is between bedrooms, which is where you will also find a stackable washer and dryer. This total home includes a private entrance with small porch where you can experience this coveted historic neighborhood from the view of the stylish covered front porch. Private on-site parking is accessible next to the house on Kentucky Ave (driveway parking is unavailable). Please note four bedrooms are located on the second floor. A carriage house is located in the back of this house and has a long-term tenant in it. They have 1 inside dog1 that stay leashed in the back yard when allowed outside. We are local to Oklahoma City and can provide recommendations as requested! The biggest problem is that the listing is inaccurate. When we arrived, there were 2 beds missing. There was not washer and dryer. The “fully stocked” kitchen was essentially empty. We brought this up with the host who only provided excuses about why this wasn’t her fault. She did bring bowls and measuring cups on the last day of our stay which was no longer helpful. The second major issue is safely concerns. When we arrived the door was not secured. The provided “unique” code did not work and we had to use the code that the last renters used. She then told us that the home was so bare because the last renters robbed her of all of her property. I did not make me feel safe using the second hand code as I was traveling with my newborn child. There were large knives wedged into multiple windows. There was a broken window with the glass secured by duct tape and another with a piece of glassing missing the size of my hand. As a result there were many flying bugs. The banister was falling down and appeared to be secured with a single long screw into drywall. Overall, the house was in a state of disrepair. None of the doors closed. Most of the fans did not work. There were missing cabinet doors. I would never stay here again and would not recommend staying. To make matters worse, the host was very difficult to communicate with and did not take responsibility for the issues with her home. ##### K S. Séjour de 4 nuits en mai 2025
