Don’t much care for the daytime staff. It seems like the evening staff is cordial and friendly. I have stayed here quite often, but there are people during the day that I don’t care to get involved with.

Check-in was easy. The additional deposit was worrisome. The AC had a hard time keeping cool but it was very hot outside. The room was clean and in decent repair.

The property is not in residential area and next to a truck terminal giving you unsafe feeling. The rooms are congested and bathroom was tiny. The AC was noisy too. Ok for one night if you are in travelling.

I enjoyed my stay here, it was clean and the desk staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that the light above the vanity was not as bright as I would have liked it to be.

Great spot if you need off of I-35, but a bit glitchy finding it, and if you like cheap and can live with a mucky room. Issues: sink stopper broke, floor not vacuumed properly, bathtub drain plugged. The staff is very nice.

Travelers beware, they only accept cards with chips, but not Cash app cards. This should have been my first red flag. After a trip across the street to Love's to use the ATM for cash, there was a $100 deposit, which is totally understandable. All the rooms are non-smoking, again, not a problem, my husband just went downstairs.

I did not like how much they charged per pet. It made my bill nearly twice what I paid originally in advance on Expedia. When I checked in, they first sent me to a room that had not yet been cleaned. The front desk person, however, was professional and fixed the issue right away. The breakfast was decent for a motel breakfast but they did not have real coffee. The area was not fancy, but it was conveniently located.
