My sink was stopped up for the duration of my stay. Upon check out when I reminded them about this, the response was “OK, thanks”. Not helpful at all on this matter.

I was traveling with my elderly mother for a short jaunt to OKC. The price was reasonable and it had overall good reviews. We were pleased with the hotel, the cleanliness and the service. Everyone was pleasant and we were easily able to check in and check out. The hotel itself is in good condition overall and the room was very nice. I do wish they had shelves in the shower stall, as some of us do have things we need to use in the shower we'd rather not have to sit on the floor of the shower. It was a short walk to the Bricktown hub, which made for easy tourist activities. You can easily walk to restaurants, music venues, the ballpark, water taxi, etc. I give it a 5 overall, but the shower thing, the limit of how high you could run the heat in the room (73 max was OK, but Mom would've liked a notch warmer) and we ran low on towels (2 night stay, no housekeeper replenishment or cleaning after 1st night, but that may be because we had the do not disturb out in the morning?). But I recommend the hotel highly for a good value, overall comfort (beds were good), cleanliness and staff.

Fun place to be. We wish we would have brought our dog. 4 stars cause the doors are very loud, can hear the neighbors and the walls are thin.

Staff was very pleasant at check-in. Parking was a breeze and steps away from the hotel door which is nice. Room as very clean and up to date. Beds were comfy and room had black out blinds which are great . Neighbors in the adjoining room did make quite a bit of noise but the night desk staff took care of it when I complained finally at 2am. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the amount of space in the room and the hip, modern decor. The room was also very clean. It would be nice to have larger bath towels. Also, there was only 1 functional elevator the night we stayed there. Finally, it was hard to get hot water in the shower.

Had a nice modern feel, great atmosphere and liked having garage parking, however location was a bit noisy in mornings and check out wasn't til noon, there were no do not disturb hangers and cleaners kept beating on door every hour after 900. Did enjoy streaming capabilities on TV and the room was accommodating if not a little small. My wife prefers shower/tub combos but all in all was satisfactory for purpose of our visit.

Amazing property. Spacious suites. Service was great. The lobby smelled amazing! Our only complaints are that we never had hot water. It was so miserable. Also the noise level is off the charts, with the street noise and the housekeeping every morning, just such loud banging around. The bar is amazing too!

It was okay for the money. The staff were extremely nice but the property had renovations that were okay. I could hear every word of the people next to us. The water does not get hot enough. The rooms are pretty small. The outside elevator smelled like pee and was disgusting. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!! I am a Marriott member and loved the perk of made to order breakfast and received a free late check out. I doubt I would stay here again unless I had to, I was in a pinch for a last minute booking.

The hotel itself was quite nice. Parking in the garage is $20 which comes out of your deposit but it wasnt very monitored as there were a few homeless people sleeping in the garage.

We were booked for a single king room when booked in advance. When we arrived we went to our room and it was a twin queen/full room. We went down to say we booked a king room and they said there were no more available. When we got to the original room the toilet paper roll was used and there was a long hair on the toilet seat. Other than that the room was average. Thank you.

Immediately upon arrival, it was clear that the staff didn’t have much enthusiasm. Customer service was lacking. The couch and floor were covered in pet hair and the room smelled of animal dander. On the second day, we requested housekeeping, and returned to our room to find it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed again. The $20/night parking was also a surprise.

Adjoining rooms way too loud
Not sure why we were put in an adjoining room but it was incredibly loud- we could hear everything the other room said and did very clearly - as if they were in our room. I feel like those rooms should only be used for their intended purpose.

Our tv didn’t work it was going out and needed to be replaced and the thermostat did not work. We did let someone know at checkout. We haven’t had issues before at this hotel and it won’t keep us from coming back, it’s just something that happened and we understand.

Fix the water pressure
First thing to say: all the staff who work here are top-notch friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Really, great people. However, there are a couple issues Aloft needs to address pretty much immediately, and foremost of these is the water pressure: to call the shower "anemic" is being polite; more accurately, the shower BARELY had any water pressure at all beyond basic dripping. While weak showers are never relaxing, what's important is the fact it makes the things like washing your hair almost to impossible. My hair is thick, and trying to get all the shampoo out of it via the trickle of water coming from the showerhead took forever. Honestly, Aloft needs to strengthen the water pressure. The other issue is the use of Zara home furnishing scents in common areas, such as the elevators: there's SO MUCH of this aroma that standing in the elevator can be an experience in suffocation - they need to tone back the use of this stuff. Other than that, good stay. But PLEASE, fix the water pressure!
