Each bedroom offers comfortable beds (king, queen, full), crisp linens, and calming accents. Please remove shoes indoors to maintain cleanliness. • Porch lights are on an automatic timer from dusk to dawn. 🚭 Smoking • No smoking, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or any kind of smoking inside the home or within 15 ft of doors/windows. • A $500+ fee applies for odor removal/cleaning, plus liability if smoke causes cancellations. 🗑️Trash day Friday morning. Our team normally takes the bins out on Thursday evening and returns them after pickup. If you’re staying for a longer period, please feel free to take the bins out on Thursday afternoon 🐾 Pets • Pets must be approved in advance. • Not allowed on beds, couches.• Pets must never be left alone or unattended inside the home. • Guests must clean up after their pets. • A designated outdoor pet relief area is provided—please ensure pets use this space. • Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will result in a fee. • Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 penalty. 🔊 Noise • Respect neighbors by keeping voices and music low. • No loud noise after 8 PM. • Parties and events (including family gatherings and birthday parties) are allowed on site; maximum attendees: 10. 🪑 Furniture • Keep all furniture indoors. • Lift heavy items instead of dragging to prevent damage. 🧹 Cleaning Fee by Length of Stay • $175– 10 nights or more • $225 – 30 nights or more • $350 – 60 nights Mid-stay light cleaning (required for stays over 15 days, at no extra cost): Our team will perform a light service to keep everything fresh: fresh linens and duvet covers, clean towels, and a bathroom refresh.
