The communication was clear and even explained how to properly sort and dispose of trash. I also included parking spaces which was amazing as well. Only issues we found was that the place appeared clean, but the washing machine and dryer were beyond dirty. The washing machine ended up ruining my wifes clothing she wore on the trip. We ended up running a few cleaning cycles to sort that out. The dryers lint screen and vent was beyond dirty, i dont even know how it still ran with how much lint had built up. Also the the bed frames extremely were dirty underneath and between each other. But they provided a vacuum so we cleaned it.
