The facilities and infrastructure inside the room are a little bit old, but general speaking they are clean and tidy. The room services are not well provided, the instant coffee and green tea refilled 1time and no refill of the disposable toothbrush and etc when staying for 5 nights, which was a little under performance and felt disappointed.

Great setting, beautiful. Most dining options are buffets. Not our preference. We aren't big eaters so ate most meals elsewhere. There are good restaurants/izakayas nearby. The biggest shock was only one bar and it wasn't open (off season?). Staff was great.

Very relaxing and happy to stay again
We (2 ppl) stayed in a group and family room in soth wing. Although it's aged, it’s very roomy and clean.. The breakfast was excellent with lots of selection. Every dish has label for allergen information. Private beach is so relaxing. Our view from room is incredible overlooking the ocean, beach and night view of the nearby resorts ! The resort is very big and staff is helpful and friendly! Onsen is good! Very happy with the stay!

Check in process was insane. Waited 30 minutes to check in even though I prepaid for everything. Also they charge for everything including the bath, beach chairs and umbrellas. They need to improve their check in process otherwise I will never return to this hotel.

Great things: It was a good choice about cost/benefit. Not only has a great beach and two pools (one indoors and one outdoors), but also several activities for kids. Most of the staff is multilingual, and it has a good variety of restaurants and events (including local and foreign dances). Things to have in mind: The facilities are a bit aged, but well mantained. Also, there is an extra cost for the beach seats and parasol, as well as for using the adjacent onsen. The onsen itself was not really hot and some of the showers were not working well, but it was nice to use it after the beach. Food could be a bit pricy on the restaurants if you have a big family, but there is a convenience store just some meters away from the entrance if you need anything. The check-in and check-out may take some time because it was really packed. Also, the front staff was very friendly but a bit slow, so if you are in a hurry, tell them in advance. If you go by bus, the bus stops are just some meters away from the entrance, so you do not need a car if you plan to stay at the hotel all the time like we did.

Great for families! A lot of things to do. The rooms little outdated but it’s fine. A lot of restaurants selections, our favorite was the Tancha restaurant. The best was good! The indoor and outdoor pool was great !!! The elevators though are like a sauna 😢 Turn up the AC up because it’s hot and humid!!! But overall great place to stay for families !

Our first time here and decided to book with this resort because of the indoor pool area. The room was nice, a little dated- the beds were super firm and the pillows were flat. However, they did provide enough beds for all of us, so that was nice. The indoor pool area was nice, they give you coupons to redeems for towels but you have to pay for life jackets, so bring your own if you have any. If not, they do provide free arm floaties. The only “con,” I guess would be that I wish the indoor pool area was opened later.

although to a reasonable price, it seems no upgrade or renovation was done for decades (we have come here for more than 10 years!). Carpets are so old, lights are so dark. Beds are used. We do return, for it is conveniently near the beach, the indoor pool is great and the body massage center very good. Food was a disappointment. Not only were many restaurants closed (false advertisement!), yet those opened seem to lack passion and a desire to serve well. However, the hotel was booked to its max. Staff was very kind, though.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. There were rainy days where we couldn't go anywhere, so the beach just next to hotel and the indoor pool helped the kids to get engaged and to have fun.

This is a great resort for families with kids. It's well located and the view is amazing. The food is pretty good as well, though it can be pricey. There no shortage of alcohol available, but they made the odd decision to close the coral bar while we were there. One night we really wanted cocktails and couldn't get them because no bar was open. Seems like a strange choice. It is a very nice place to stay, though, in the final analysis.

Great view and friendly, helpful staff. Many of them could speak English. View from Delux ocean view room was amazing! While choices at breakfast buffet were plentiful, the taste was so so. Most of the hotels restaurants were closed due to Covid restrictions. Location was great because it was near many beaches, and was away from Naha!

Our stay at Rizzan.
It was good. It was a big hotel but unfortunately it was not as busy or lively as it could have been because of Covid. Also the free water park that was supposed to be a fun activity that I was looking forward on doing was closed and so is the outdoor pool and we can’t even swim in the beach during our stay. Even the parking was paid for when I thought it was free for the staying guests. The hotel should have given us an alternative freebie for the cancellation or for the changes that happened since in our booking it was all included. Location wise, it was pretty close to some tourist attractions in the north which makes it very convenient for us.

We regret staying at this resort. First the room was surprisingly dirty for an advertised 4 star resort. Dirt in the corners, carpets and furniture old, with tears and stains, and the room possessed an odd smell throughout. The Tancha Bay Buffet/BBQ, their only open and operating restaurant, was overpriced for the quality of food available. The worst part for our family of 4 was you have to pay for nearly every single thing at the resort. Every amenity costs money, and then the floating obstacle course, their main attraction, was only open for 3 hours of the day. Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, all of which are readily available on their private beach, cost money. This would have been fine if we had known prior to going, but their charges were not mentioned on travelocity or the hotel website itself. I can understand charging people who come to the resort on a day pass, but as a guest in the hotel, I would expect some things to be included. Kid's play area? Yeah there's a charge for that? Never really felt like a guest there. Decided to leave a day early as a result of the issues, and hotel stated all refunds had to be processed through travelocity, then travelocity said all refunds had to be processed through the hotel, only for travelocity to say the hotel denied the refund despite us leaving and checking out a day earlier. So horrible customer service when dealing with our issues and complaints, in our opinion. Would never recommend or stay here again.

Everything is perfect, I love how friendly the staff are, the beach is perfect!! The indoor and outdoor pool are great and dont let me start about the food! So far one of the best breakfast I ever had (specially on the weekends), you can eat outside with the beach view or inside, or even in the bench area close to the beach, they also have 2 options for dinner, we always choose the barbeque! We just got a noise complaint but other than that everything is perfect!!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. This is our second time. The only disappointing part was that the pools were closed between 11:30-16:00 and I don’t understand why would the outdoor pool be closed? We went to nearby Sheraton to swim in their pools and all were open all day. Also the outdoor pool was not so clean. Also kids menu was gone from September 1. I wish they have more choices of food or change food once in a while.
