The gym could be improved though. It was extremely small with barely any equipements and no weights. Very good onsen as well. The staff was second to none. There is an on sight 7/11 which was very convenient. There was an ATM machine too. Only negative side is they do not have a currency changer that I know of. We stayed on the bay side and spent time on the balcony enjoying the weather and view. The room was extremely clean. The restroom had a bidet with a controller in Japanese that took a little to understand but well worth learning. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable with plenty of choices. Dinner buffet was a little pricey for the choices but still convenient. The hotel allowed early check in and upgraded my room . The room was fabulous, spacious and has everything I needed. The onsen was free with my trip and was fabulous . I had a great Christmas here . It was quiet in the tenth floor . Hotel is in a good location , fabulous staff , I couldn’t have asked for a better stay . Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend staying here . It was a good stay. As a VIP member of hotels.com, we got an upgrade. One issue really didn't affect us because we were able to get lounge chairs at the pool. I was surprised they only had six lounge chairs at the pool. There were plenty of straight-back chairs, but they wouldn't be comfortable to sit on for a long time.
