The room was very, very small. The bathroom was even smaller. Because everything was in Japanese we weren’t able to figure out the air conditioning. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful when we checked out early due to illness.

Helpful and friendly staff. Surprisingly substantial and delicious breakfast. The building and room seem a bit dated; but everything was clean, and it was quiet. I picked this spot for the location to near tour buses.

Super Stay
Our third Comfort Inn, just as we expected. Clean comfortable room, lovely staff, excellent breakfast. This hotel is well situated for the Monorail, and shopping on International Street. Would recommend to anyone. Rooms are small as are most in Japan.

Good beds, quite district but close to everything
Standard checkout time for hotels should be 11AM, but this hotel decided it should be 10AM without explicitly telling us during check-in. Almost wantrf to charge us extra, but finally didn't. Other than that, good beds, quite district but close to main shopping street. Free drinks (orange juice\tea) till 24:00 every day.

Decent Hotel, not fancy. Room a bit small but expected for Japan. Very satisfy with the Cleanliness. Comfort. Location very convenient !! just within 5 minutes walk to mono-rail station, a nice mid grade Department store just a the corner and International Walk street two blocks away. Money worth !! Will come back and recommend to others.

Best for this price.
The room is not too big, but it's very tidy and clean. Toilet is good for me. Breakfast also has more selection for me. The Location is near the international street, i will stay here again when i come back to Naha.

Good value, good location
The hotel surroundings are quiet despite it being at the beginning of the Kokusai shopping street and next to Ryubo Shopping Mall, which is linked to the Kencho-Mae monorail station. There is a convenience store 2 steps away, several restaurants and Naha bus terminal is 5 mins walk. Breakfast was still enjoyable even though we stayed there for 8 days. The spread was sufficient -- warm eggs and sausages, sushi variety, noodles, western soup (e.g. clam chowder or minestrone), waffles, few types of bread. Mango, guava or orange juice, tea and coffee. Our favourite service is the complimentary drinks available from 2pm to midnight. There is orange juice, oo long tea and a few types of coffee. The location is especially good if you want to dive around Kerama Islands. We booked with Seasir Marine House and they picked us from the hotel. It's a short drive to the jetty where their boats wait for you.

Fantastic location, service, and price
Had a nice 5 nights in this hotel. Best location in Naha. I think this is the closest hotel to a mono rail station in Naha. About 5 mins walk to station. Hotel and room we stayed were quite new. Hotel provides complimentary breakfast which is sufficient and good. There is free beverages from 2pm to midnight. And they provide guests with the convenient of a toaster and microwave oven which were very useful during our 6 day trip as we had 2 typhoons within the first 4 days , so we were able to warm up the food that we bought. Staff were helpful although with very limited English. Hotel is about 3 mins walk to a departmental store which stayed open even during the typhoon. This was our savior as we were able to stock up on food and did some window shopping to pass time.

excellent budget hotel
An excellent budget hotel nicely located to major shopping district. Hotel is only 5 mins walk from train station and can allow easy access to attractions in Naha. Staff are friendly, polite and trying hard to help out with just enough English to communicate. Free breakfast is also a pleasant surprise.

Great hotel, but what's your plan in Okinawa?
The hotel is in a very good location, just a walk to the monorail and the main st (many shops). There is also a nice shopping centre 5 minutes walk, with cinema (not fancy), shops, food... The room...well if you're going to okinawa to spend most of the time visiting places, so i'd say this hotel is perfect! But, if you feel like in need of spending a relaxing time in a hotel, i would say the room will be too small for you.

This is a fantastic hotel, it is close to Naha International Street only 5-10 minutes need walk can arrive at there. The breakfast is well. Although the food of breakfast is not too much to choose, the quality is really good, very fresh and tasty. But the room is quite small, we felt crowd if two persons live in this type room. The pillow is good ,so I have slept very well when I stayed in Naha for 4 nights. For the check out time of 10:00am, it is really too early we are not easily to pick up and ready all the stuff inside the luggage by that time. If it can be extended to 12:00am, or 1:00pm or later, it is much better. Anyway, if I go to Okinawa or Japan in the near future, I will choose Comfort Hotel to live again.

Excellent value, short ride from OKA /Naha Airport
Excellent experience for a one-night layover for me in April 2013. About 1000 Yen taxi from Okinawa /Naha Airport, but I believe the Subway system would dump you out nearby for a lot less. WiFi was great. Room was exceptionally clean, reasonably sized, and was furnished with extras like a disposable toothbrush, hair brush, etc. Staff was helpful, but they sometimes called for better English-speakers to assist me. They did not have any good English-language maps available, but Google Maps worked fine on my phone. Complimentary Buffet breakfast was very complete, with fish options, as well as American-style fare. Power outlets are American 2-prong, so no adapters are needed for small American electronics. This Hotel does NOT participate in the Choice Hotels Membership program we have in the USA. An easy 15 minute walk to the fully-functioning Naminue Shinto Temple on the waterfront, and several reasonably-priced eateries, (Mos Burger, KFC) are within 5 minutes, just outside the nearby Department store.

It's so easy to walk hear from Kenchomae Station, meaning we arrived in this hotel not too long after landing in Naha and riding the monorail. The staff was very friendly and helpful and knew enough English to check us in. Apparently there were two reservations under my name made accidentally but it was cleared up with barely any question or hassle. Our room was small, but for the price it was worth it and who needs extra space when you have everything you can want like Japanese toilets or free wifi? And breakfast was definitely better than you'd expect from American hotels. It was a full buffet breakfast and the food was delicious. I am amazed they included that breakfast with our room. What a value! Definitely do not pass this over.

Decent place to stay the night
This hotel is located conveniently close to Kokusai street, where many of Naha's shopping and nightlife attractions are. The rooms are small by American standards. The room I was in had a small amount of wiggle room around the bed, with a cramped bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the one night I stayed here. For the value, I would definitely stay here again.

Comfort Hotel is highly rated in its class. It is a no frills hotel so do not compare it to a 5-star hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and understand sufficient English for English speaking travellers to get by. The lobby serves daily breakfast (till 9:30am) and beverages (till midnight) at no additional cost. Comfort Hotel is conveniently located with access to: 5 mins by foot to Kenchomae monorail station; 10 mins by foot to Kokusai street where you can get lots of touristy souvenirs, huge variety of F&B outlets, Mitsukoshi and of course visit to the Makshi market. And 2 mins to Ryubo department store. Stayed at Comfort Hotel in end Dec 2011.

Cosy but in a convenient location
Rather small rooms but very clean. Check-in from 3pm. Complimentary hot and cold drinks available in the lobby from 3pm to midnight. Complimentary breakfast from 6:30am (ignore what the expedia website says about no breakfast). Five minutes walk from the monorail stop and just off the main road through town. This hotel is best used for a one-night stopover rather than for a longer stay.

Value for Money - Surprisingly comfortable!
Conveniently located - The hotel is located a stone's throw from a department store with plenty of food options and the local convenience store. The main tourist/shopping district Koukusai-dori is one traffic junction away and the Naha rail (mass transport) is also a 5-min walk away. Surprisingly comfortable - The standard room is relatively large for a Japanese business/travellers hotel with a very comfortable double-sized bed. The en-suite room was generally very clean. Smoking floors are on the 2nd floor and the top floor. Non-smoking floor had no traces of cigarette smoke. Breakfast - Simple but tasty. Overall - a value for money business hotel centrally located.

Good hotel near airport
My wife and I stayed one night in October 2009 in order to be close to the airport for an early flight. We were very pleased with the room, location and price. The room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel appears new and the short cab ride to the airport was great. Only drawback was small room typical of big cities.
