The sign on the building is in Japanese only, so you're out of luck if you don't read Japanese. Right behind the hotel is a very lively area with tons of people milling about - bars, karaoke, restaurants, Japanese style hostess clubs, etc. Not a place for young kids. The room itself was clean and good wifi.
