Hot tub not working, pool dirty , wouldnt go in it if i was paid. Bad homeless situation. All over the neighborhoods and parking lot . Why are you charging 100 dollar deposit when you have my.mastercard on file when i arrive. Wasnt happy with whole situation really . Stuck in room 213 which is right beside breakfast room . 6 am big time noise from people coming . Motel was empty why stick us there . Again not happy with the situation at all

The continental breakfast was not very accommodating. I have special dietary needs that would be fairly simple to accommodate but the staff would not .. and there were no open restaurants close by as we’re had gone to that area for vehicle repairs so we were without a vehicle. It does sound like they usually had more of a variety but the day we were there the breakfast was very limited..

The hotel is located close to my relatives place in peachland which is why we picked this hotel. The room we had was slightly outdated. The bathroom switches seemed to be dirty. The view out of our room window was of the hotel air-conditioning system, which meant we kept the cutains closed. There is plenty or parking on the property and the grounds looked clean. I did not notice an injection site nearby as some of the reviews noted. Nor, did we see any less fortunate folks hanging around. For the most part the hotel was just a place to lay our heads for the night. The room we had could do with a little bit of an update to the carpeting and a freshening up of the bathroom.

Part of this hotel is a safe injection site if I knew that I would never have booked it Alison the lock bar was broken which added to my fear, the staff didn’t cominicate and told me to contact Expedia for a refund which then denied I was very unhappy, with Expedia for not taking safety for me and my child
