A relaxing and beautiful retreat
Since we don’t know the driving condition from Vancouver to her, we choose the booking first and paying in the hotel. The weather turns out really nice, we enjoys the pools and spas as well as visit ski resort such as Silver star and Big White.

Loved the utter feeling of peace and quiet here. Loved the view of the mountains from my room. The saunas were fantastic; enjoyed every single one. However, would have liked them to be open earlier than 2 pm. Some of the spa treatments were overpriced, but overall a very enjoyable visit. Will definitely come again!

Excellent Stay - just warm
Our stay was fantastic and the staff were exceptional. If we had ANY feedback it would have been that the room was quite warm, even with the AC. Would have been nice to have the AC go below 19, or a fan… because we couldn’t open the windows as so many bugs came in.

Absolutely loved our stay - great there were no kids (quiet), and the pools, along with steam rooms and saunas are included, so that was exceptionally relaxing. The hotel included tea for post-steam room and you sit in these amazing chairs with your tea and look at the mountains. I feel like the hotel really went the extra mile - all breakfasts were included and they were excellent breakfasts. They also supplied free fruit and a little nibbly bakery item that was absolutely amazing each day. I don't think I can eat a granola bar anywhere else ever again - theirs was amazing - fresh with chocolate on top... peak of perfection. Our stay was fantastic. It's on my list of must-go-backs.

Pool area not spa like
First off ,parking for me was an issue as I refuse to valet my car , so this leaves me one option ,park above ground around the corner in visitor parking . Secondly this is suppose to be a spa ,the pool area felt like a Mexican all inclusive hotel , loud obnoxious drunks ruling the area for hours . No sign of staff for the 4 hours we were on the deck . My wife finally had enough and complained ,a half hour later 2 staff members arrived .

Nice resort with amazing spa experience. Daily room service. Valet parking included. Would be even better if... they put some fixtures to hang towels and robes around indoor pool, equip each rooms with a coffee maker, solve the long waiting line (of guests already reserved their tables!) to the only restaurant serving breakfast.

Beautiful facilities. Food overpriced, not many options. No staff/attendant/host where spa facilities are. This means no one enforces the rules. Loud talking, laughing, etc. in quiet areas by guests who don’t respect the rules. Lots of abandoned cups and water bottles everywhere in the spa.

Awesome place for couples to stay! LOVED our room and view! One of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Loved the spa but would like it to be open earlier and later. Now it's 2pm to 10pm. I recommend 10am to midnight. Great food in the restaurant. Great service at the front counter and everyone there. VIEWS are AMAZING!!! I give this resort 6 stars!!

The location is stunning with 360 views. The pools. saunas, steam baths are excellent. The room was satisfactory. Didn't like: 1. Served the worst weakest coffee for the included breakfast I have ever had. Furthermore to get a decent coffee you had to pay extra. 2. Housekeeping was below par. One day they failed to make the bed. They left dirty glassware and failed to replace it. 3. No coffee machine in the room - ridiculous considering how much they charge.

This is a very nice property, staff is super nice as well. The rooms were nice, there was definitely a bit of wear and tear in mine, so for $400 a night, was a little bit of a deterrent but overall it’s a cool room. Bed is super soft, so not good for the sensitive backs like a typical hotel bed. No coffee in the room, I think that may be a good addition. Also, a side note - the big window in the room is not tinted… SO if you decide to have a bath during the day, people can definitely and easily see into your room. It defeats the purpose of having a bath by the big window in my opinion if you have to put the blinds down. Oops LOL

I love the valet parking so handy. The person who checked us out forgot to call for our vehicle so 20 minutes later we had to go ask. Other than that we loved our stay. Restaurant is excellent for dinner and breakfast and we loved all the saunas
