Expedia profile for this property states that debit cards are accepted. Upon check-in, agent says otherwise. Honestly didn't feel welcome. After a lengthy back and forth, she finally let me check-in with a $250 deposit. This is ridiculous, makes no sense why a hotel can't take a debit card. Make me feel like a second class citizen because I don't have a credit card. Once I checked in, my room had no window to the outside (overlooking an indoor pool), If you are claustrophobic, this will be your worst nightmare. Not an ideal experience and definitely not consistent with my experiences at other Sandman hotels in the past.
