Unfortunately the hot tub was not working which was a huge disappointment because the indoor hot tub and pool was why I specifically booked this hotel over many other options. The staff was apologetic and kind when I inquired about it tho.

Across the street from a mall which was great for shopping, dining and something to do as it was pouring rain outside. Nice pool and pool deck. Great to have a full kitchen in the room.

The staff were amazing and really helpful and responsive. There were a few issues with the suite, including the TV not connecting to the internet, the coffee machine making a mess everytime it’s on and the shower felt off - water pressure was too high the tap came on!

This hotel is old and run down. The rooms have been renovated a bit, but the actual building is old. The walls are thin and very noisy.

Great stay, got an easy room upgrade when we came forward with being unsatisfied with our first room. The location is right across from the Kelowna mall which seemed to have constant RCMP and police in the area. Sketchy people walking around the next door McDonald’s parking lot at night. Otherwise the experience inside the housing was great.

Expedia profile for this property states that debit cards are accepted. Upon check-in, agent says otherwise. Honestly didn't feel welcome. After a lengthy back and forth, she finally let me check-in with a $250 deposit. This is ridiculous, makes no sense why a hotel can't take a debit card. Make me feel like a second class citizen because I don't have a credit card. Once I checked in, my room had no window to the outside (overlooking an indoor pool), If you are claustrophobic, this will be your worst nightmare. Not an ideal experience and definitely not consistent with my experiences at other Sandman hotels in the past.

There is no privacy between rooms. We could unfortunately hear everything going on in all the rooms around us. The pool and hot tub were disgusting with hair and floaties everywhere. Shower in our room had no water so the was no bathing.

The front desk person clearly was under trained. Pleasant but not yielding. Whoever Carrie’s cards around anymore. All Mine are on my phone. She said I couldn’t tap. Sounds a little archaic. Otherwise ever else was great. Loved the main floor room close to the exit.

The hotel is fairly clean but older and a bit rundown. My room smelled so gross but was fairly clean. Luckily I could open the sliding door to air it out. It was very quiet in a tower room.

Staff were great and good to deal with. The hotel is an older design with narrow hallways and tight spaces, and to be expected is a bit run down. The bathroom fan was very noisy, to the point you didn’t want to turn the light on. The bed was comfortable. The room was equipped fairly well.
