First trip to Kelowna. Beautiful place. Visited their farms and they are all located not too far from our hotel.

The hotel found to be good for us. Initially the staff had provided a different room from what we had found, however they were kind enough to switch the room and provide us with the one which we booked. The kitchenette is good and hotel is near to many places.

I will be embarrassed to recommend this to anyone.

Badly need of deep cleaning. Our carpet is stained with old spills, we have to wear footwear the whole time. The beds move when you sit down bec. Of unstable legs. Breakfast was disappointing. It's continental so it should be easy to maintain but NO! We walked in the first day and there's no coffee, no jams, jellies or syrups. 15 minutes later , they finally stock up and my husbands cup of coffee had lots of coffee grounds, he has to spit it out. The 2nd day, we gave it another try. The lady who was manning the breakfast area seems to be more organized and continuously replenishing stock and very friendly. Overall, I won't recommend because the building was old and filthy.

Convenient central Kelowna location

Posted 1-Aug-2016
Pros: The staff is very helpful, there is a fridge and a microwave in the room.
Cons: Airconditioning unit failed on the second night. The beds have seen better days. The alarmclock did not work either.
Location: A chevron gas station with a noisy car wash in front of the building.
Water in outdoor pool could be cleaner, the first day, included breakfast was out of foods so we had to eat breakfast elswhere in a too crowded place.

overpriced hotel

Posted 29-Jul-2016
Pros: the staff was courteous and friendly while over worked
Cons: new floors, new carpets, new television, doors that close and lock properly, bathroom facilities from this century
Location: location was nice, close to downtown
this hotel is outdated and needs to be refurbed in the worst way,, the previously smoking rooms that are rented as smoke free still smell of smoke in the very old carpets that are dirty. the bathroom has harvest gold bathtub ,,the last time I saw that colour was in my parents house in the early seventies. the staff try their best to be helpful and accommodating but require more help. this hotel should be classified as a motel and the price should be no more than 55 dollars a night it is overpriced to gouge travelers during the peak season, sadly after a few days of staying their I realized that half the hotel was empty just proving my point

Looks old outside but nice rooms inside

Posted 28-Jul-2016
Location: There was Famers' market neaby on Wednesday, we bought fresh fruits, also City Park was at good close distance, had lots of fun with children there.
It does look old from outside but the room was nice and clean, carpet was little stained but overall cleanliness was good and we family of 5(3 under 6 children) had no issues during our stay. Hotel is well maintained and well staffed. Surely recommend it.
