3 people ahead of me took 30 minutes to get checked in. The guy that checked us in looked like a greasy murdererr The carpet disgusting big stains on carpet and comforter which grossed me out. Afraid I would get bed bugs. The pool was nice but never got a chance to use it And breakfast consisted of cereal and frozen type waffle was expecting make your own pancakes or waffles do didn’t have any breakfast but used the 20 off at IHOP The stairway was horrible looked like it was falling apart. Put laminate floors in a new stairway and don’t put blankets on the bed that have stains And fix up outside with some stone

A little old, but the staff was very efficient and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable as well.

Decent room. Room carpet is just a bit dirty. Veranda is dusty as well.

good location but everything is disappointing. breakfast is ok, not a big variety, room is old and stained carpet. bed wasn't bad, pillows were good. nice to have a fridge

So much potential!

PRO Great location, perfect price, large rooms! CON The place is falling apart! Our room #116 had the following issues 1. The kitchen tap is loose and leeks over the counter when used 2. The T.V. was new and mounted very crooked! 3. There was no 'Do not Disturb sign' 4. There was an ant nest in the suite! I mentioned all of these to the front desk and they said that they were unaware of the issues but never bothered to write them down--so I hope they remember! They also never offered any compensation so I paid and the ants stayed for free :P I have a hard time believing they did not know about the ants as the cleaning ladies would be cleaning up the ant hill after every guest. Also, it is one thing to not fix broken items to 'as new' condition, it is another to take something that is new (like the TV) and mount it crooked... like really crooked! They were out of 'Do not Disturb signs' so I had to make my own, which worked until someone tossed it in the trash. I then asked a cleaning lady for one (as the front desk did not have any) and she gave me one from another room. The front desk did not even have access to additional blankets! This place has so much potential--they need a new maintenance guy and a manager that enjoys problem-solving. Enjoy the pictures, note there are other issues as well but these were the main ones.

Terrible Staff

Why would I need to precharge my credit card when the room is already paid for? That's the whole point of having a credit card, you don't need to precharge it. Staff was very unaccomadating and quite rude, with revolting breath that was almost nauseating.

Not that bad

Pros: Very affordable. Close to downtown. 20% off at Ihops next door.
Cons: A little paint and new bathroom mirror. They updated the vanity and sink that was nice, then they left the 1960's mirror. Breakfast improvement
It was OK. Room was clean except for the dirty paper plates from the last people. Bedding was clean and comfortable, I checked first thing. They are in the process of updating which started last year, it seems to be taking quite awhile. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 am it did not open till 7:20 am. Attendant was late icy roads, gave him the benefit of the dought . Had the family room for 5 it accommodated quite comfortably.

Upgraded

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel was full first night so went to the front desk next day. Wife has hot flashes and needed two beds for the next night and offered to pay for a dbl room and they upgraded us to a dbl dbl with a kitchenette. Great stay Room was clean and staff was great
