The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean had everything that we needed. The breakfast had a good amount of options to eat and tables were cleaned immediately after each patron left.

Older hotel, modest rooms with beds that are not the comfiest. Staff was nice rooms were clean, decent enough for its price point althou for 10-15 more a night hotels are nicer.

The breakfast was poor all they had every morning was sausage for week, no eggs. Times I asked my room to be cleaned it wasn't so I had to tell them again so frustrating and garbage was getting full.

An older hotel getting to be pretty worn. Short of electrical outlets. They gave us a room as far from any entry point as possible, although the hotel was virtually empty. No elevator ( only two floors, but we had a lot of stuff to pack in and out). Advertised as having spa tub which was one of two main reasons we chose it - tub was closed (seasonal) which would have been nice to know before we booked it. Other desired amenity was breakfast, which was very good. King sized bed was good.

For our swimming pool, we were waiting the Interior Health officer come here to inspect, and we got the inspection done today, so our indoor swimming pool and hot tub opened start from today.Sorry for inconvenience.

Well all was nice and clean - a bit dated especially the TV And technology - plug ins charge points. The bigger disappointment was the ever running toilet - literally every 2 minutes it would "splishshshshshshsh" and attempt to fill. Then would not fill or flush at all and ran constantly. This is not such an expensive repair - they have to know it is a problem as I am sure many would have called to complain before me??? replace the toilet with something newer.... its time. Breakfast was gross. yogurt and cereal OK - but the hot food was yuck.... microwaved from frozen sausages and hard boiled eggs.. yes toast and pancakes - but no eggs other than hard boiled which scare me!

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I am sorry that you had a hard time finding your room. At check in our staff is trained to explain how to get to your room and provide you with a map of the hotel. This will be reviewed with staff to ensure they clearly communicate with guests on how to get to rooms. Additionally we do have directional signage showing how to get to the various rooms and wings throughout the hotel. As for the room being cold each room has it's own climate controls so you can set the temperature to your liking.

The hotel was dirty. Most ice machines, vending machines, etc. were out of order. The hallway was missing carpet and had a large piece of warped plywood covering it with duct tape that was no longer taped down, making this a huge tripping hazard. The outdoor pool was drained, which is to be expected this time of year. However, it had various pieces of duct tape holding vents/lighting. The indoor pool was not accessible, saying that it would be closed until Aug (?) 2023, which was months ago. This closure was not disclosed on website. The complimentary breakfast area was bleak and did not offer many choices. It was also staffed by a non-English speaker that just nodded when asked a question. Really disappointing overall.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. We are aware that one of our ice machines does not work. Our snack machine was having an issue reading coins and as soon as we were aware of that we called the company that owns and operates the machine to come and fix that. We had a burst pipe under the concrete floor which meant we needed to fix that which is why the plywood was covering that part of the floor, and it has since been fully repaired. The pool and hot tub being closed is listed under the closure and renovations section which is at the bottom of the page. Our breakfast room attendant does speak English but it is not her native language and she is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet and is also a superb worker.

There was no elevator. It was difficult taking suitcases up the stairs. Also tub shower area was tight. They put the shampoo containers in the middle of the tub. They should move them to the end. That made the shower area even smaller. The beds were not comfortable to sleep on. Need new mattresses.

Very nice place to stay, location was great as we were there to watch hockey. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Had a great view of mountains. Breakfast was good, could have used a little more variety as every day had same thing…sausages and hard boiled eggs

Our room had been updated and was great for our week long stay. Breakfast was good. I had 2 mornings with no hot water which made getting ready for the day difficult. The day I did finally have hot water I realized the shampoo dispenser was empty. Other than that-everything was great!

We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago for a swim meet, it was within walking distance from the convention centre and it had an EV charger… when we went into our room it was a big disappointment, old, smelly and dark. It was been renovated since then and the rooms are now very nice and clean, no carpet, very comfortable beds and breakfast included We would definitely go back next year

Hot tub still DOWN does not really suffice for me. Was down back in Jan when we stayed there to see Cirque show. Thought for sure by now all this time to be up and working! But NO! ): The breakfast is super weak, the very bare minimum to get! Slept ok, internet was ok, tv still a 32 inch tiny size in rooms!
