Hotel facility was excellent,from room, hotel layout,pool area to staff(excellent). Breakfast provided was very good…would suggest a couple of new toasters, the ones they had are a little tired. We were there for our grandsons hockey tournament, his team stayed at another hotel. There were multiple hockey teams staying at our hotel and I can say that a couple of the team’s behaviour was totally unacceptable basically due to no parent supervision. I do know their behaviour affected other customers stay. I know these sport bookings are a great source of revenue for the hotel-company but they cannot come at the expense of regular guests. I would suggest the signing of some form of waiver, a pool monitor during young sport team stays and a visible security person who has the authority to act if necessary Thanks

Welcoming staff, clean, bright, modern rooms, didn’t try the complimentary breakfast. Nice beds and pillows. Quiet! I would stay there again.

This hotel is in very good condition, close by all shopping place and food. But the room close by road, little be noice at night.

I have never stayed at this hotel before. I was there by myself for a working weekend. The good. 1) newer hotel with great amenities 2) fantastic room 3) comfy bed 4) great breakfast 5) very close to dining options 6) easy parking 7) friendly staff The not so good. 1) noisy - lots of families with kids running up and down the hallway, yelling and jumping in their rooms 2) hotel was fully booked so was unable to get the room requested 3) the bathroom was mostly clean, but there was scum in the corners of the shower and bathroom floor 4) the shower head pressure was crap Overall a decent stay, but would not stay again if it was a working weekend.

Very disappointed use to be a long time patron of this hotel when it was a Best Western. Things have sure changed. Staff was more interested in talking to each other than helping with customer. Floors when soaking wet and very slippery. There was a lot of hair left in the shower and dirty bedding. Good thing there was two beds to choose from. Miss the old staff from this hotel as they were amazing!!!!

Room was advertised 2 queen bed, in real life 2 double. Dogs hair on the carpet didnt vacuumed properly Water in pool cold! Before come in i ordered additional bed and received it on second day only because one unit per hotel and it does not come in fold, no room for storage Finally we decided to move to different hotel!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Thev1 traveller King bed option had a sofa area which was nice. Very clean bathroom and shower. I would have given 5 star but being a business traveller, I had to be on the road by 6:15-6:30am and the included breakfast wasn't served till 6:30 so I missed out on that.

We enjoyed our stay. We thought the room size and decor was extremely good. We also enjoyed the shower. We must have picked a weekend when a lot of families were there for a sports tournament. As a result the breakfast room was chaotic and unfortunately the staff couldn’t keep up with the dishes and availability of food. I’m sure it would be fine at another time.

Such a great Hotel. Breakfast and coffee were tasty and put together great. Everything is so clean, hours for the pool and hot tub are very good as well. Hot tub open until 11 and after 9 is adults only. The room had high ceilings, two TV’s and nice bathroom. We would come back for sure.
