"Next level, clean, stylish rooms. Pool, hot tub, fitness center amazing. Location couldn't be better. Bonus was the buffet breakfast. Love that the room had an iron!! Thanks to staff at front end, the maintenance dude i chatted with and the room cleaner. Great work all!!!"

"Efficient check in and check out. Room was nothing special but clean and a great option for one night after going to a concert in Pentiction. A little noisy at times but was good enough for a one night stay. Overall good experience!"

"The restaurant was lovely although underused. Staff in all parts of the hotel were both professional and personable. We had a smoke alarm in our room that flashed green all night long but reported to staff when we checked out and they were most apologetic and would look into it which I am sure they did. "

"The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton! "
