The property had multiple pools to choose from which was great for eliminating overcrowding at one pool or the other. The lazy river was a great added perk. Our room location was a little bit of a walk to the beach but nothing too great for us. My wife thought the room could have been cleaner but it wasn't terrible. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true but on the other hand the corridors of the rooms are outside, it is very humid and hot and we have the impression of being in a high security prison! It's really horrible. The room was also very dirty, the floor is not done we passed a towel it was black, and the room had dust everywhere!
