No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. \- Laundry Rm - Washer & Dryer & Utility sink \- Room to park 2 cars in driveway. Garage is off limits and for Owner use only. \- Centric Fiber internet and S3Pro TV \-1.7 miles to Florida Turnpike \-Bike trail a few steps away Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.) Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Violation will result in a $250 charge per incidence of smoking or vaping in/on the property, and your stay will be terminated. Pets: We do not allow pets at this property. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. No Golf Cart at this time. Be sure to make arrangements for a rental car for your arrival.
