The living area is nicely decorated with a large area rug, comfortable couches, a flat-screen smart TV with free Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi .

Our home comes with three bedrooms. The master boasts a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom holds a queen sized bed, and the third has a full, along with a desk and office set up as well.

For parking, our driveway can hold two cars and our garage is used for our golf cart.

Guest will have access to every space in the property.

You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

For profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5, we also require a fully refundable security deposit for the stay once the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there were any damages or missing items upon checkout. This is required prior to check-in instructions being sent.
