For profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5, we also require a fully refundable security deposit for the stay once the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there were any damages or missing items upon checkout.
