We also provide our guest with a starter amount of coffee and tea pods, as well as paper towel, and dish soap. LIVING SPACES: Open and bright, our living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 oversized chairs and a 75" smart Roku TV perfect for streaming your favorite movies and games. LAUNDRY: Located in the kitchen is a brand-new washer and gas dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent, Iron and Ironing board also available for guest use. In this spacious closet you will also find a vacuum, broom and Swiffer for your convenience. OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoor seating and a propane gas grill. Propane tank provided during your stay. Parking for 1 vehicle on driveway. Garage parking is occupied by the Golf Cart. PETS Pet are welcome depending on size, age and breed.
