"It was a wonderful place to stay in a remote way station of Iceland. It was an almost two hour drive from the airport, with the latest 5-6 miles down a nicely maintained black gravel road. Once there we loved it and the kind and helpful owners and managers."

"The hotel is located in a remote area connected only by a rough gravel road with plenty of holes. The room is tiny, merely 10 sq meters. One of the beds is sacky. The shower spills water and wet the rest of the bathroom. Dinner was disappointing, but there really isn't any other choices given how remote the hotel is. Breakfast is acceptable with no surprise."
