"The stay was nice and clean! Communication was prompt and fast with host. Very close to where we wanted to go. Highly do recommend renting a car while staying here. Not really a walkable area but has nearby aventura mall and other fun places to explore."

"The view and neighborhood were very pretty. However, the door lock was not secure and malfunctioned several times to the point where we ended up putting brooms and mops behind the sliding doors. The dishes were covered in some kind of oil water combination that had turned yellow by the time we saw it. There were no paper towels or cleaning supplies. The main attraction was the kayak and paddleboard. However, they were not there. After the owner ignored my question. Several times they suggested...

"The pictures of the house are accurate but the pictures seemed to be filtered to improve the looks. The house was not in the best condition, considering how much $ we paid. Worst of all was that myself and another guest got biten up by bed bugs. That's not fun. I would not stay at this property again."
