A Favorite Stay This home is a top choice for families visiting The Thacher School and Weil Tennis Academy. Peaceful Escape Ideal for guests seeking tranquility, this is not a house for loud groups or parties. We maintain a calm, serene environment. Please note: There is a designated office area located in the playroom, separate from the main guest spaces and away from the house, occasionally used for quiet work. It does not affect guest privacy or comfort. We were there to celebrate a bridal shower in Ojai and wanted someplace we could all be comfortable and together. We were not disappointed. The house is clean and decorated wonderfully. The bedding and towels were soft and clean. We all enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and a cup of coffee around the firepit in the morning. We had a fabulous time. ##### terry c. Backyard and inside had pots of dead plants. Spa leaks (was 2/3 full) and wasn’t clean. No chickens. TV streaming was spotty and actually turned off mid-movie one night. A previous visitor’s dental floss, etc was left in medicine cabinet. Place needs a deep cleaning. ##### Linda L. The playhouse was everything our 9 year old grandson expected and we enjoyed the 2nd story, including story telling and a final day breakfast. We also enjoyed the chicken coup, watching them interact with one another while others enjoyed picking and snacking on the oranges. The backroom had a TV and a small refrigerator, comfortable sofas and plenty of cool air with the windows open. Sitting around the fire pit was a nice way to end the day. All in all - we thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. ##### Victor M.
