Customer Service: Requested for a dinner reservation on the third night of our stay, but got rejected. Requested for two additional pillows, but got rejected again. Service staff at the front desk, uncle with spec, is always grouchy and unfriendly. Room: Huge, but old. There are holes in the blanket.
