facilities, room comfort #### 행복했던 2박 3일 두번째 유후인 료칸 방문으로 선택한 곳입니다. 조식 석식 모두 맛있었고 배불리 잘 먹었습니다. 개인노천탕과 대중탕 가족탕 2박동안 이용했는데 저 혼자서 개인전세탕처럼 사용했네요. 청결했고 고즈넉하니 아주 만족했답니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다. ##### Verified 以前來過一次，以前的體驗太好服務很周到，因此有比較下這次的體驗感會比較差。以前的懷石料理起碼有超過多一倍的菜式，懷石料理的菜單上現在會多了一段文字描述上菜次序等等來掩蓋以前有多一倍的菜式的空位。而且菜式也比較簡單兒戲許多，只是普通的燒牛肉以及炸魚等等，雖然食品的質素還是不錯的，例如會有不錯的豐後牛。但是跟以前比較差的很遠。以前吃的菜式非常有心思，味道也是會比較新穎，而且會有非常不錯的亦很大份的壽喜燒。對於服務方面，現在的職員會比較像機械人，沒有什麼感情，到時有禮貌，但是較上次經驗來說，上次的職員非常熱情，甚至會在旅館外一路迎送到直至消失在他們的眼界中。如果沒有上次的體驗的話，我想這次也應該會覺得是不錯的。另外，這次來多了兩個戶外溫泉以及一個樓上溫泉，非常不錯。房間亦是一如既往的大！
