We loved Sennari Ryokan. Excellent place near the station We had a wonderful stay here. The room was typical Japanese style, but it was very comfortable and clean. The sitting area in front of the garden was especially nice. We opted for a room with a private bath and enjoyed it very much. The baths here aren't really public, since you can lock the door when you go into them, but we much enjoyed the private outdoor bath anyway. Wifi worked well and breakfast was very good. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak great English. They also provided tea and coffee (somewhat rare in Japanese hotels) in the room.
