When I got the room key, I let children take shower first and I use the washbasin. However, the drainage in the washbasin got problems and the water cannot go. After the staff checked, they quickly gave me another room. The water can go this time but not fast. I am sorry I didn’t give them good face as I am so tired that night and the children are all wet with soap when I know that I need to change room because of the drainage problem. The staff are helpful but their English are not good, so we cannot communicate well. The rooms in the hotel is old but clean. The environment is quiet and we can sleep well. The next day it start to snow and we stay in the hotel for the whole day. The heater is hot enough and no one feel cold. The third day we spend half day in the amusement park (walk for one minutes only) which just next to the hotel.
