This spectacular property is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation and will take your breath away. The house is modern and spacious, with expansive indoor and outdoor living areas. These open-concept areas are perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, offering ample space for gatherings or quiet reflection. Every detail, from state-of-the-art appliances to elegant fixtures and fittings, has been thoughtfully chosen to enhance your stay. A highlight would have to be the elevated deck, which leaves you feeling like you're floating above the sky. The 180-degree views from here extend all the way to Mount Maunganui and will captivate you day and night. Watch the sunset from the bespoke hammock, or soak away the day in the outdoor bath, surrounded by the sights and sounds of native flora and fauna. The property features two king bedrooms, each with it's own ensuite, comfortable beds and high quality linens. There is also a fold out sofa bed in the living room, so we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Conveniently located in the scenic area of Ohauiti, Tauranga, with an array of attractions nearby. Nature reserves, shopping malls, Tauranga city and harbour, and the beautiful beaches of Mount Maunganui and Papamoa are all within an easy 10-15 minute drive from here.
