Located less than a 5 minute drive to Drake's Island Beach as well as walking distance to restaurants (Maine Diner, Bitterend, Maple Leaves, Bull n' Claw, Litchfield's), ice cream (Big Daddy's), antique shops, entertainment and much more. Take the Trolley to Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, or Amtrak Train Station. Enjoy a dip in the pool after a relaxing day at the beach!

Great Little Retreat
This condo was located in a great little resort. Neighbors were super friendly. Many were very familiar with the area and gave us lots of great recommendations of places to visit. The room was slightly smaller than I had expected, but it still worked for us (2 adults and 2 small children). The owners were very helpful and responsive. Then even had the pullout couch prepared since we let them know that's where our kids would sleep. Several places are within walking distance including an ice cream place we loved. The road is a little busy during the day though so we had to be extra careful with small kids. The pool was nice and clean and had plenty of toys and floats for the kids. The tables, chairs and umbrellas around the pool were also very nice. It was our first visit to Maine and we loved it!

It was great! Cleanliness very Great! The owner was great I thought I had a problem with the tv( but did not) so I called the owner within 5- 10 min he was there . Highly recommend the studio condo. Thanks to the owners!

Retreat? There's no treat here
One is hit with the overwhelming smell of must upon entering the studio apartment. The lumpy King mattress on bricks is topped with stained pillows. The two pullout couches allow them to sleep at least 6 in a studio apartment! Older complex, right on the highway. I will not return.

This was the perfect getaway! Location of unit was perfect; close to beaches, restaurants and stores. The owners were very kind and helpful. The unit was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We would definitely recommend staying here!

very nice
all in all very good , no grill so no grilling outside and no exhaust fan for cooking inside . The back window needs curtains to block the light for those who want to sleep in at times. These are minor things the place is nice overall a great location and place to stay.

Super host! Very accommodating. Wells is beautiful and we have enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable and clean. Access to everything you could possibly need! Definitely recommend this condo.
