The Beach Suite is inspired by beachgoers in search of that perfect spot in the sand under a shady umbrella. Turquoise and pink-coral hues contrast to create a visual harmony. The floor plan features a galley-style open-concept kitchen with farm-sink, stainless appliances, floating oak shelving, and is fully equipped with the needed essentials. A dining area, living room with flat screen tv, bedroom and a tiled bathroom with shower provide you a perfect getaway. The light-filled space has wide-plank white-oak hardwood floors, dimmable LED lighting and designer furnishings. The suite sleeps a maximum of four guests with a plush Casper queen bed, superior sheet sets, non-allergenic pillows, blankets and duvet covers. The living room has a convertible sleeper sofa with linens and bedding, perfect for children or your short term guests. An expansive covered terrace with coastal rocking chairs and bistro table set is an ideal space to enjoy the relaxed beach town overlooking picturesque Ogunquit village. A perfect setting for taking in fresh ocean breezes or simply watching the passersby. All suites feature new energy efficient heating and a/c systems. In the kitchens you will find everything you need for meals and entertaining: copper cookware, ceramic dinnerwares, glass and stemwares, utensils, preparation bowls and housewares, including Keurig coffee makers with pods and a tea kettle. Our bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. Our new security coded door access systems are simple to use and guests will find an array of games to play for those stay-at-home evenings. Our art collection features local Maine beach scapes by celebrity photographer Gray Malin. Twenty Shore is an exclusive collection of four unique guest suites. Inquire directly about renting the entire property for wedding parties or events. We provide guests a pleasant and private stay. We are available via phone/text/email if you need anything while visiting. We are located in the heart of town & only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Nearby attractions: The Front Porch Piano Bar and Restaurant, ice cream, candy & chocolate shops, art galleries, souvenir, jewelry, clothing and antique shops. Walk the Marginal Way trail with stunning views of the New England coastline. Local Trolley's run throughout the town for convenience. Watch a play at the famous Ogunquit Playhouse. Enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, sailing, fishing, boat rides, golf and mini-golf. At TWENTY SHORE we are a NO SMOKING property. We regret that because of our 2nd floor location we are not handicap accessible. No Pets. Even though our calendar may say we are fully booked, please inquire on specific dates, there may be availability. NOTE: We are located in the village which is an energy-filled busy place during the summer and across from the Piano Bar which can be quite loud until closing time. PARKING: We are fortunate to be able to provide on-site parking in the downtown area, as space is very limited in the town. Each suite rental has (1) Space Only. Our driveway is quite tight and hard to maneuver if you have a larger vehicle please note it in your reservation and we will work to accommodate if at all possible. If our parking lot does not work for you there are town & private lots that accept daytime and overnight parking for a fee. Off-site additional parking spots and fees are not included and will not be reimbursed by us. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated. Amazing location close to all the shops, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and had the necessary pots and pans for me to cook in some nights. The location made it close to everything - by foot or trolley. We were surrounded by amazing places to eat. The only negative aspects would be the parking situation (almost impossible to get into the alley and parking space), the noise (loads of traffic, and we knew about the piano bar across the street), and the stairs (we knew there was no elevator). An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice; opening the window was insufficient. We aren't as young as we used to be but still enjoyed our stay. Clean, convenient, nicely equipped. This apartment style accommodation has a fabulous location. We were there out of season so I don't know if it would be noisy once the crowds descend. After squeezing through the driveway we found the unit to be perfect within seconds of walking in. It was clean and meticulously decorated. The supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were plentiful and the rooms were spotless. My wife wants the shower in our bathroom! The location was ideal, restaurants and stores within throwing distance. Even with the proximity to the street and activity it was very quiet with the deck doors closed. The music on Saturday night from the nearby club was audible but not a problem for us. The deck was great overlooking the main street, it was relaxing sitting and watching the crowds go by. If we plan a return trip to Ogunquit we'll first contact 20 Shore. ##### Kenneth K. We loved the location right in the center of this lovely town and 5 minutes away from the beach.The suite itself perfectly met the needs of our family.I would suggest that the owner installs coin operated washing machine and dryer in the basement.
