However, the Owner was immediately available to correct the situation.Condo unit itself was lovely and clean with a wonderful view. Two downsides were: the balconies/porches were a bit too close for comfort for me, though all neighbors were quiet and not outside a whole lot. It was close to town and Perkins Cove, all within walking distance. The condo was adequately described but to really enjoy the property one has to see the place in person. We used the property as a base camp to visit other sites in the state of Maine, ie Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Boothbay, and Maine Botanical Gardens (Trolls included).
