"Service is 5-6 stars here. They go out of their way to do things you wouldn’t expect from a 4 star hotel. For example, they went to the police to pay my parking ticket, they went to he supermarket to buy my baby formula, they gave us extra room free of charge to make sure our family of 4 was comfortable. "We had the pleasure to spend a night at Ogliastra Hotel. The rooms are renovated and spacious. The owner Luciano gave us a great hospitality and helped us with our tourist journey. He also has the best espresso coffee! Definitely I’ll be back there. "

"We spent our honeymoon here and it was extremely special. Lovely and quiet which was expected as it was the shoulder season. We were upgraded which made our stay extra special. The restaurant serves beautiful food, the vegetables and herbs are fresh from the gardens around the hotel. The staff were incredible, our Italian wasn’t brilliant but we all made an effort and were able to understand one another. Definitely recommend this hotel if you like your hiking and cycling, or just relaxation!"

"Honestly I can't fault anything in this resort, my family and I stayed 9 nights and can't wait to come back. the service and staff are simply excellent. They are courteous, professional, and pleasant. The cleaning of the whole site is impeccable, an army of cleaners make sure that all is in order, in very short time. The pools are lovely and well layed out, the site is stunning and the beach has perfect sand. Be sure to give Antonio a nudge for watersports, he's an absolute legend"
