"The property was located with 10 minutes of everywhere we want to go. Very easy to get in and out of. Everyone was very pleasurable and helpful. I was locked out our room last and the lady who was managing the front desk noticed on the cameras that we we’re having an issue, so I took the elevator door stairs and she met me at the elevator with a new key. I was very impressed at her attention to detail. We loved visiting Waco. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Temple – Medical Center Area and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect—conveniently close to the hospital and everything else we needed during our trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and I really appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night. We got some of the best rest we’ve had in a while! One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the staff were. They were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed—including providing us with a crib for our little one, which was a huge help and much appreciated. If you're visiting the Temple area—especially for medical reasons or traveling with family—I highly recommend staying here. It’s comfortable, reliable, and delivers great value. We’ll definitely be back! "
